Shipping and Delivery

All Pawspiracy Products and Subscription Plans ship within Singapore. All local orders are delivered via a third-party courier unless otherwise stated.

Orders are processed within two days from the date of purchase. Your order will be delivered within 1 – 3 business days after it has been handover to courier.

Depending on stock availability, wait times for certain products may have an estimated wait time of up to 3-4 weeks. We will notify you via email should your order contain these products.

As COVID-19 has spread and impacted our logistics, transportation and supply chain process, processing time for deliveries are taking longer than usual.

For orders above $50 per delivery per location, customers will be entitled to free delivery. Otherwise a flat rate of $5 will be charged.

Yes! We would love to ship and share Pawspiracy with pets from all around the world!

Shipping costs are determined by the destination country, the shipping method you choose, and the weight and size of your package. You may have to bear customs, duties, or other taxes. We advise our customers to first check with your local authorities and learn about the current status of import restrictions and regulations.

We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery. Please contact us via email at should you not receive your order after 10-14 days. 

Returns, refunds and exchanges

All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or returns on any items received once payment has been made.

However, we value our customers and are committed to offering you the best. If something is wrong with your order please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package. If anything is damaged, please take photos so we can review your concerns straight away.

Payment Terms

Please complete payment within 7 working day(s) from the time your order was placed. After this time frame, all unpaid merchandised will be cancelled. Do note that all prices displayed on site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

We accept online payment methods via all major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We accept offline payment methods via Bank Transfer or Paynow! for domestic orders. This is our preferred payment method for local orders.

Yes. Freeze-drying is a natural and chemical free process that preserves nutrition while removing moisture to offer convenience.

All Pawspiracy products are free of ALL chemical preservatives and only uses the natural preservation method of freeze-drying to bring you the best of convenience and nutrition.

We take the utmost care and practice safe food handling to ensure that Pawspiracy products are fresh and safe for your pet to consume. Most pets are well equipped to handle the raw due to their lower stomach acid pH value and shorter digestive tracts. However, if you are concerned start with small portions and see how your pet responds to them.
