Shipping and Delivery

All Pawspiracy Products and Subscription Plans ship within Singapore. All local orders are delivered via a third-party courier unless otherwise stated.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within two days from the date of purchase. Your order will be delivered within 1 – 2 business days after it has been handover to courier.

Depending on stock availability, wait times for out of stock products may have an estimated wait time of up to 3-4 weeks. We will notify you via email should your order contain these products.

Update on Shipping Policy

Due to changes in our logistics and courier partner's terms, orders will now only be sent out on Tuesdays and Fridays.

For orders placed between Friday to Monday, your order will be collected on Tuesday by our courier and delivered by Wednesday/Thursday. For orders placed between Tuesday to Thursday, your order will be collected on Friday and delivered by Saturday/Monday.

We apologize for any delays and inconvenience caused. Please bear with us as we hope to find a better solution for shipping by next year, 2024!

How much does local delivery cost?

For orders above $50 per delivery per location, customers will be entitled to free delivery. Otherwise a flat rate of $5 will be charged.

Does Pawspiracy ship internationally?

Yes! We would love to ship and share Pawspiracy with pets from all around the world!

Shipping costs are determined by the destination country, the shipping method you choose, and the weight and size of your package. You may have to bear customs, duties, or other taxes. We advise our customers to first check with your local authorities and learn about the current status of import restrictions and regulations.

Please email hello@pawspiracysingapore.com and allow us to find the best shipping method for you.

What if I do not receive my order?

We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery. Please contact us via email at orders@pawspiracysingapore.com should you not receive your order after 10-14 days. 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or returns on any items received once payment has been made.

However, we value our customers and are committed to offering you the best. If something is wrong with your order please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package. If anything is damaged, please take photos so we can review your concerns straight away.

Payment Terms

Please complete payment within 7 working day(s) from the time your order was placed. After this time frame, all unpaid merchandised will be cancelled. Do note that all prices displayed on site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

We accept online payment methods via all major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We accept offline payment methods via Bank Transfer or Paynow! for domestic orders. This is our preferred payment method for local orders.

About Our Freeze-Dried Products

We care deeply about the quality, source and taste of what our pets eat. We use only wholesome, human grade ingredients in all our products. We make sure to avoid farms that enhance their meats with additives such as brine, colouring, preservatives, etc.

We take pride in our products, from our ingredient source to our kitchen process, we want only the best.

Is freeze-dried safe for my pet?

Yes. Freeze-drying is a natural and chemical free process that preserves nutrition while removing moisture to offer convenience.

All Pawspiracy products are free of ALL chemical preservatives and only uses the natural preservation method of freeze-drying to bring you the best of convenience and nutrition.

Should I be worried about the bacteria from fresh meat in freeze-dried pet food?

We take the utmost care and practice safe food handling to ensure that Pawspiracy products are fresh and safe for your pet to consume. Most cats and dogs are well equipped to handle the raw due to their lower stomach acid pH value and shorter digestive tracts. However, if you are concerned start with small portions and see how your pet responds to them.
