Shipping and Delivery

All Pawspiracy Products and Subscription Plans ship only within Singapore and all prices are in SGDProducts will be shipped in accordance with the shipping method you selected when placing the order. 

Fees: For orders of value $50 or more per delivery per location, customers will be entitled to free delivery. Otherwise, a flat rate of $5 will be charged.

We will deliver to the address indicated by you within Singapore. Packages will be shipped out within 5-7 working days upon receipt of payment. 
For subscription boxes, your subscription will start the following month and your packages will be aimed to ship the first week of every month.

Any delivery dates provided by us are estimates. We work with a third-party shipping company to deliver your goods and as such are unable to guarantee shipment dates or delivery dates. If a package is delayed due to issues/problems with a carrier service, we will not refund your shipping charges. Please seek the shipping company to resolve such issues.

We are taking the current COVID-19 measures very seriously with all deliveries we are sending out. Opt for contact-less delivery, but please provide a safe space for our couriers to leave your parcel, thank you.

International deliveries to certain countries may be delayed or restricted due to current COVID-19 or social distancing measures. Please check your local postal guidelines.

Shipping costs are determined by the destination country, the shipping method you choose, and the weight and size of your package. The delivery estimates will vary depending upon the country. 

Pawspiracy will not be held responsible for any laws and regulations, which result in customs, causing additional costs to the order placed by you, in the form of duties or tax, nor any related seized products or delivery delays.

As these regulations are subjected to continuous changes, we advice our customers to first check with their local authorities and learn about the current status of restrictions and regulations. It should be noted that we do not issue any refund on orders seized or destroyed by customs, unless the order is returned back to us in an undamaged and resalable condition. Should any refunds be issued, they will only comprise of the cost of product, wherein the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
